Testing & Commissioning  Procedure for Chilled Water Pressurization Tank Units

 1. Make sure that all the Pre-commissioning checks are carried out successfully.
 2. Make sure the starter panel of the unit has been commissioned as per separate procedure.
 3. Start the pump & run for 7 minutes.
4. Notice for any leakage from the unit.
5. Examine pumps for overheating (physically sensing by hand)
6. Examine for any undue vibration/noise.
 7. Examine that the unit switches ON/OFF based on the settings of the pressure switches.
 8. Examine the operation of dry run protection system in the pressurization unit.
 9. Examine the unit maintains the set pressure in the suction line of the chilled water pump.
 10. After water balancing is completed, measure the actual amperage, voltage, speed & record all readings in performance record check sheet.
11. Make sure that the floater is working properly & stops water flow when water tank is filled.
12. Examine that BMS interface is done.
13. Examine for sequencing of the duty & standby pump i.e the stand-by pump is operating automatically if duty pump stops.

 10. پانی کے توازن کو پورا کرنے کے بعد، اصل امپرجج، وولٹیج، رفتار اور کارکردگی کی ریکارڈ چیک شیٹ میں تمام ریڈنگ ریکارڈ کریں.

11. اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ فلوس مناسب طریقے سے کام کر رہا ہے اور پانی کے بہاؤ کو روکتا ہے جب پانی ٹینک بھر جاتا ہے.

12. جانچ کریں کہ BMS انٹرفیس کیا جاتا ہے.

13. ڈیوٹی اور یوز پمپ کے آرڈر کی جانچ پڑتال i.e کھڑے پمپ بند ہوجاتا ہے تو کھڑے پمپ خود کار طریقے سے کام کررہے ہیں.

11. सुनिश्चित करें कि फ्लोटर ठीक से काम कर रहा है और पानी की टंकी भरने पर पानी के प्रवाह को रोकता है।
12. जांच करें कि बीएमएस इंटरफ़ेस किया गया है।
13. कर्तव्य और स्टैंडबाय पंप की अनुक्रमित करने के लिए जांच करें। यदि ड्यूटी पंप बंद हो जाता है तो स्टैंड-बाय पंप स्वचालित रूप से परिचालन कर रहा है।

Testing and Commissioning  Procedure for Chilled Water Pumps 

1. Ensure that all the pre-commissioning checks are carried out successfully. 

2. Ensure that pipe alignment is done. 

3. Ensure the discharge valve is closed. 

4. Open the suction valve & allow water to flow into the pump. 

5. Start the pump and record shut-off head. 

6. Open the discharge valve fully & record the head of the pump. 

7. Check pumps for overheating by feeling it physically by hand (there is no specific criteria for checking the overheating of pump). 

8. Check for any undue vibration/noise (it is just physical hearing of undue vibration / noise during operation).The specification does not call for noise level of pumps or individual equipment. Noise level measurement shall be in line with the separate procedure. 

9. Check & record the expansion vessel pressure setting. 

10. Calculate the actual pump performance and plot actual performance curve. 

11. Check current, voltage & rpm of the motor & record the values. 

12. Complete controls & interfacing with the BMS shall be checked in line with the approved procedure.

 13. Check & ensure that the pumps shut off at low water level. 

14. Disinfection of the piping network shall be carried out as per the approved method statement.

15. The main pump will start only below 14.5 bar & will stop at 16 bar, there is sufficient time for the pump to transfer from star to delta thus avoiding the frequent running of pump only in star mode. Further the star-delta transformation timing shall be minimized to ensure the same.

16. Once one main pump starts & stops, during the next cycle one of the other pumps will act as a duty pump, hence avoiding the frequent running of the same pump in a particular period.

17. The wiring diagram of pump controls & schematic piping shall be displayed near or inside the control anel.

8. کسی بھی ناقابل کمپن کمپن / شور کی جانچ پڑتال کریں (یہ آپریشن کے دوران غیر معمولی کمپن / شور کی صرف جسمانی سماعت ہے) .میں پمپ یا انفرادی سازوسامان کے شور کی سطح کے بارے میں وضاحت نہیں کرتا. شور سطح کی پیمائش الگ الگ طریقہ کار کے مطابق ہو گی.



9. توسیع برتن دباؤ کی ترتیب کو چیک کریں اور ریکارڈ کریں.



10. اصل پمپ کی کارکردگی اور پلاٹ اصل کارکردگی کی وکر کی وضاحت کریں.



11. موٹر کی موجودہ، وولٹیج اور ریمیم چیک کریں اور اقدار کو ریکارڈ کریں.



12. مکمل کنٹرول اور BMS کے ساتھ انٹرفیس کو منظور شدہ طریقہ کار کے ساتھ لائن میں چیک کیا جائے گا.



 13. چیک کریں اور اس بات کا یقین کریں کہ کم پانی کی سطح پر پمپ بند ہو جائیں گے.



14. پائپنگ نیٹ ورک کی ڈس انفیکشن منظور شدہ طریقہ کار کے مطابق کیا جائے گا.

 

15. اہم پمپ صرف 14.5 بار سے نیچے شروع ہو جائے گا اور 16 بار پر بند ہو جائے گا، پمپ کے لئے اسٹار ڈیلٹا سے منتقلی کے لۓ کافی عرصے سے اسٹار موڈ میں پمپ کا مسلسل چل رہا ہے. اس کے علاوہ اسٹار ڈیلٹا تبدیلی ٹائمنگ کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے کم سے کم کیا جائے گا.

 

16. ایک اہم پمپ ایک بار پھر شروع ہوتا ہے اور روکتا ہے، اگلے سائیکل کے دوران ایک دوسرے پمپ میں سے کسی ایک ڈیوٹی پمپ کے طور پر کام کرے گا، اس وجہ سے ایک مخصوص مدت میں ایک ہی پمپ کے بار بار چلنے سے گریز کرے گا.

 

17. پمپ کے کنٹرول کی وائرنگ آریگرام اور منصوبہ بندی پائپنگ کنٹرول اینیل کے قریب یا اندر اندر دکھائے جائیں گے.

8. किसी भी अनावश्यक कंपन / शोर के लिए जांचें (यह ऑपरेशन के दौरान अनावश्यक कंपन / शोर की भौतिक सुनवाई है)। विनिर्देशन पंप या व्यक्तिगत उपकरण के शोर स्तर के लिए कॉल नहीं करता है। शोर स्तर माप अलग प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप होगा।



9. विस्तार पोत दबाव सेटिंग की जांच करें और रिकॉर्ड करें।



10. वास्तविक पंप प्रदर्शन की गणना करें और वास्तविक प्रदर्शन वक्र प्लॉट करें।



11. मोटर के वर्तमान, वोल्टेज और आरपीएम की जांच करें और मूल्यों को रिकॉर्ड करें।



12. बीएमएस के साथ पूर्ण नियंत्रण और इंटरफेसिंग अनुमोदित प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप चेक किया जाएगा।



 13. जांचें और सुनिश्चित करें कि पंप कम पानी के स्तर पर बंद हो जाएं।



14. पाइपिंग नेटवर्क की कीटाणुशोध अनुमोदित विधि कथन के अनुसार की जाएगी।

 

15. मुख्य पंप केवल 14.5 बार से शुरू होगा और 16 बार पर रुक जाएगा, पंप के लिए स्टार से डेल्टा में स्थानांतरित करने के लिए पर्याप्त समय है, इस प्रकार केवल स्टार मोड में पंप के लगातार चलने से बचें। इसके अलावा स्टार-डेल्टा परिवर्तन समय को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इसे कम किया जाएगा।

 

16. एक बार जब एक मुख्य पंप शुरू होता है और बंद हो जाता है, तो अगले चक्र के दौरान अन्य पंपों में से एक कर्तव्य पंप के रूप में कार्य करेगा, इसलिए एक विशेष अवधि में उसी पंप के लगातार चलने से बचें।



17. पंप नियंत्रण और योजनाबद्ध पाइपिंग का वायरिंग आरेख नियंत्रण एनल के पास या अंदर प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।
