HVAC Light test for duct leakage

 Light test for duct leakage is the most common test and very authentic but there is a procedure to take into the consideration.
1. outside should be dark enough so u can hardly see things than turn on the light in the duct and move it so you are sure that every angle is ok.
2. dont forget to check the duct from above as well since many inspectors check ducts from side and below.
3. for shafts its better to check duct before installation inside the shaft otherwise there is risk of leakage since test cannot be done exactly inside the shaft but it is acceptable

1. باہر سے کافی تاریکی ہونا چاہئے تاکہ آپ چیزیں آسانی سے دیکھ سکیں اور اس کی روشنی میں تبدیل کریں تاکہ اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ ہر زاویہ ٹھیک ہے.

2. اس سے اوپر سے ڈکیٹ کی جانچ پڑتال نہ بھولنا کیونکہ بہت سے انسپکٹروں کو نیچے اور نیچے سے دوپہر کی جانچ پڑتال کی جاتی ہے.

3. شافٹ کے لئے شافٹ کے اندر تنصیب سے پہلے نل کی جانچ پڑتال کرنے کے لئے بہتر ہے ورنہ رساو کا خطرہ ہے کیونکہ ٹیسٹ بالکل شافٹ کے اندر نہیں کیا جا سکتا ہے لیکن یہ قابل قبول ہے.
1. बाहर अंधेरा होना चाहिए ताकि आप नलिका में प्रकाश को चालू करने और इसे स्थानांतरित करने से चीजों को शायद ही देख सकें ताकि आप सुनिश्चित हों कि हर कोण ठीक है।

2. उपरोक्त से नली की जांच भी न भूलें क्योंकि कई निरीक्षक तरफ से नीचे और नीचे की जांच करते हैं।

3. शाफ्ट के अंदर शाफ्ट के अंदर स्थापना से पहले नलिका की जांच करना बेहतर होता है अन्यथा रिसाव का खतरा होता है क्योंकि शाफ्ट के अंदर परीक्षण बिल्कुल नहीं किया जा सकता है लेकिन यह स्वीकार्य है
